Eligible for Refund

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects or if items are missing from your order upon receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Please be aware that returns or refunds are not available for products that have been used.

Return Process

To claim any damage, missing product, or other issues, you must take an unpacking video. This video will serve as proof of your claim. Without an unpacking video, returns will not be accepted.If you are eligible for a return due to missing products or manufacturing defects upon receipt, you must have the original invoice to return the products. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thaisei.com. Once your return is approved, please send the item back to us via courier. We do not offer a return pickup option. Damages and Issues

We kindly request that you inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to promptly assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds
