Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (within India)
Shipping Rates:
We offer fast shipping across India. A nominal fee will be charged for delivery to ensure a smooth and easy experience with Thai Sei.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We do not process or deliver orders on weekends or holidays. During high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra transit time for delivery.
Shipping Time:
After processing, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for most Indian cities. For remote locations, it may take 5-7 business days.
Shipping Method:
We use reputable courier services. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your order’s journey.
Order Cancellation:
Order cancellation requests are accepted within 8 hours of placing the order.
Returns Policy
At Thai Sei, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns, refunds, or replacements only if the product is damaged due to manufacturing defects or if any items are missing from your order.
Return Eligibility & Procedure:
- To make a return, the original invoice is required.
- We offer free returns for products with manufacturing defects.
- To start a return, contact us at support@thaisei.in. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Do not send items back without requesting a return first, as they will not be accepted.

If you are unhappy with a product, we can replace it with an item of equivalent value from our range within one month of purchase.
Damages and Issues
To claim any damage, missing product, or other issues, you must take an unpacking video. This video will serve as proof of your claim. Additionally, we record the package weight on the courier cover, which will also be considered as proof. Without an unpacking video, exchanges will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong or a missing item so that we can address the issue promptly.
For any of the above-mentioned issues, you have one week to report to us. Claims made after this period will not be accepted. Exchanges for defective items must be shipped back to us within one week of receiving your item.
Exchange Procedure
We do not offer a return pickup option. For any exchanges, please send the item back to us via courier.
